Shri Rubul Boruah, AFS, is an officer of the Assam Finance Service who has been attached by the Government of Assam to serve as the Finance & Accounts Officer at Sri Sri Aniruddhadeva Sports University from 29.04.2024 onwards and continues to serve in the said capacity till date.
He presently holds the posting of Chief Accounts Officer, Zilla Parishad, Dibrugarh, along with eight additional charges, including Finance & Accounts Officer of the University, Finance & Accounts Officer of the DC Office, Sonowal Kachari Autonomous Council, Matak Autonomous Council, and other assigned departments/offices.
He brings valuable administrative experience, financial expertise, and professionalism to the institution. He is entrusted with maintaining financial discipline, transparent accounting practices, budget management, and compliance with statutory norms. His dedicated service and guidance continue to strengthen the financial administration and support the overall growth and development of the institution.
